Counterparts Are Useless

Who wants to complain about worthless, young, 'kiss my RDs butt at the POA' counterparts? I am so sick of newbies.

The fact that Forest still has "counterparts" shows how archaic their sales model is. Just because it worked in the past does not mean it works in the present. The problem is that there are just a bunch of dumbsh*ts running this company and they ignore the changes in this industry. So they keep trying to shove that round peg into the square hole.

Here is what is annoying. I have many years in. My very energetic and well meaning counterpart does not. We have a dinner program. I ask some key docs to come. They say sure. They will come by. My counterpart goes in to remind them the day before. They don't think they can make it. I go in the day of and they come. My manager would not like me going off my 'call cycle' (which is an entirely ancient idea itself). You see the problem.

We need more counterparts. I suggest 1 reps per dr in our territory. Oh ya, we already do have that

Why not to resort to typical forest tactics? Throw your counterpart under the bus!
Document every issue and tell your DM. Call your counter part after 2 pm when they are home and document!
This is the way forest has worked for years. See if your counterpart is faking calls, taking food home or other issues. Works like a charm

i love my counterparts- we have meeting and go threw each others stool sample to look for nickels!

Try having 12 counterparts. All watching each other for a "violation". They are all faking calls. Trying to put one more sample in a bin to get a signature and make the quota instead of growing the business.

Love my counterparts!! Three of us go to the movies every Friday afternoon, then get our last Sig of the day from the doc down the street.
