Countdown Begins -

That wasn’t to say everything is going perfectly: A week later, at the March 9 meeting, Pearson said the company needed to take action on four business lines that were performing poorly. Those businesses were the Obagi line of skin care products; Sprout, maker of a female libido pill; Solta Medical, which makes laser skin treatments and ultrasound fat removal devices; and a unit that has an irritable bowel syndrome test.

Nothing but a bunch of amateurs overseeing Addyi. They will likely reduce the field from 145 to 100 territories. However, after treating your reps in the most disgusting way possible by leaving them in the lurch with no guidance of whether they will have jobs at the end of March, what makes you think any of the good ones will actually stick around? Empty promises, literally no resources to utilize, constant reminders of disappointing performance, pharmacy debacles galore, inept managers that have no clue how to lead or manage a sales team.....please tell me what the incentive is to stay?
We have had a glimpse of how we will be treated and I cannot imagine anyone wanting to stay here.
Lets see.... Addyi is not performing to their lofty expectations, Valeant is a complete mess... so when all your good reps quit, how are you going to attract talent to fill all the vacant territories? Who the hell would come here at this point in the game?
So the one thing we can agree on with Valeant is that this brand IS doomed but only because YOU have no idea how to treat people with a some basic human decency.
Good luck to all the decent folks that put their best foot forward and tried their best to make Addyi a success and good ridden to the unethical inconsiderate leadership group of sprout and Valeant.
