Could really use honest feedback for Rheumatology Division

Happy New Year to all.

I could really use honest feedback. 4 months ago I lost my husband to Covid and it has been devastating. At this point, I have to get back into the workforce. I have approximately 16 rep experience, some Rheum, but it has been a while. Is this a good division to be in? Would this be a good opportunity? Good or bad feedback is truly appreciated as I need to make a decent step for my kids.

Thank you

Lilly is an amazing company with a lot of great people.
Your experience will of course depend on your manager. There are some sucky Immunology (Rheum) managers. Not many people within Lilly go for those jobs.
You’ll most likely have to cover a lot of ground. Lilly isn’t a high paying company but the culture is great!

You’ll have to see if you like the DM
