So confusing when they discuss this. It’s seems like they do a lot of talking but never get at what they are trying to say. Why is this such an important topic when this company’s main problem is the lack of accountability of their sales people. When are they going to focus on another GSK value. The one that really causes them to lose money and thats the lack of accountability!!!
 






It's just lip service, honestly.

Talking about it is considered the same as doing something about it.

They'll never say "we have a quota, x% women, x% people of color" and then show progress toward that goal.

Instead, flapping their gums about inclusion and how much we value inclusion and diversity and diversity is our strength blah blah blah seems to satisfy the midwits who care about this nonsense.
 












When Rutherford said “It’s going to be a really good show” I broke out the popcorn. How do you change a toxic culture? Split the company for a buy out. Did anyone notice Emma was a bit unsettled with her statements? And my main concern is why is the home office not back at work?
 


















When will the purveyors of “Total Transparency” come clean about their out of cycle raises for all minorities?

Translation: Everyone but White males got hefty salary increases in addition to the paltry annual COLAs

What statements caused an unsettled look by Emma? And was there any hint as to what my come of Respiratory in 2022? Merge Trelegy and Nucala teams? Buy out? I was on vacation and missed it.

As far as I can tell, the goal is for Marxists to justify getting paid ridiculous sums of money by a pharmaceutical company doing absolutely nothing related to pharmaceuticals, but instead foster division between workers under the hilariously hypocritical phrase of "diversity and inclusion".

I work with a diverse team of individuals, and we all get along because we're all there to do a job, not bizarrely talk about racial and sexual differences at every opportunity, as these "diversity officers" want us to do.

Ironically, the only people I have absolutely zero tolerance for are these "diversity officers". Their jobs are worthless. Their expertise is in absolutely nothing. I don't consider them co-workers, I consider them marxist saboteurs doing everything they can to try and get workers at each other's throats, in order to create a problem that didn't previously exist just so they can justify their own position.
