For those that have relocated with BMS, have they made a salary adjustment for your cost of living if you relocated? Any details appreciated

How did this work out for you finally? I have been told that there will be monthly additions to my salary in year 1 by the relocation partner company that will go down in years 2 & 3 and none from year 4
I got screwed moving to NJ. Taxed on the relo and pay out the nose to live in the Garden State in real estate taxes.
Besides, HR was of no help and same with my manager in explaining how paid and taxed. In the end, everyone in PPK is a classhole with a Jersey attitude.

What they SHOULD do for a relocation package is gross-up the amount to cover the taxes. After all, you are moving there for their fucking company cause they can't wrap their head around people working from home. Hey BMS, 1995 called and wants its outdated concepts back.
Are you going to take a decrease in your salary when you move back to an area with a lower cost of living?
