Heard a Lawsuit coming for Natera for illegal practices in the State of Florida. Illegal inducement and fraud charges for their $0 OOP and writing off Medicaid work. Felony charges.
 



No charges who cares if companies are that desperate to writeoff copay etc its only themselves they hurt. I consulted for several law firms suing sqnm for that a couple of years ago and there was written proof they were doing it probably still are but nobody gets hurt. The patient gets the best deal. I made some $$ though.
 












Yup....sounds like shits gonna finally hit the fan...now that insurance companies know you are ripping them off and charging patients $25! Crooks, and I hope they go down!
