I am a pharmaceutical rep for a dermatology company. Am thinking about going into cosmeceuticals.. the base salary is higher, but because it's a product launch, my commission will be about half of what I am making now. I am confused on what I want to do, help!!!

Go the cosmeceutical route and work your ass off. If the salary is higher, it should balance out. It's the future for derm. I would like to know what co is hiring.
