These trainings calls scheduled are insane and busy work. We have families to manage. You are single and drink the coolaid.

If HQ wants to run around like a chicken with their heads cut off then let them and leave the field alone. We do not have to justify our jobs. You do!

STOP with all these calls and get a life!
 




You are getting full pay including a bonus you have little effect on. Most people in the USA are out of work or furloughed living off unemployment. Stop being a self centered twat and step up your game. You are being paid to do whatever they ask you to do. If you don't like it- leave. Losers like you won't be around long anyways- the industry is changing rapidly. Complainers and laziness doesn't need to be tolerated for jobs that pay 175k or more a year.
