He had built a great group and the number of deals they executed in last few years is quite an example in the industry.

Typical AbbVie - the real good people have to go because the masses of incompetents suffocate anyone who actually brings value. Did you see the exodus in R&D leadership over the last 12 months …

I don’t know things and culture are changing at AbbVie and not for the better. You have a lot of good leaders who have left over the past few years and new leaders who are in place who are just not good at their jobs. While the new leaders are long term Abbott/AbbVie so they know the system, the org but they just don’t have enough experience or they were good yes people but not decision makers. All they have seen is Humira and the money it brings in. They have not been tested or challenged and learned to overcome. It shows.
