Corporate malfeasance

Maybe I'm wrong and maybe something is already in the works but I don't understand why people aren't running to speak to Qui Tam attorneys about this management team. I have a feeling that the settlement reached last week doesn't even scratch the surface of what is going on at MNK.

Because management is very careful not to put comments or directions to sales reps un wtiting so they will deny, deny, deny and will be our word against theirs. (Example, target your top medicare prescribers) If the OIG would interview reps at sales meetings behind closed doors they will find out alot. They do this at other companies yet not here when this is one of the worst abusers. Whitleblowers here are taking great risk because of aforementioned.
