Coram Specialty Infusion - Territory Manager

You love it? Coram? How's that cool-aid taste. Good what a terrible company, the only one that is worse is Option Care. Seriously talk about inept upper managment, and shitty customer service. Tell me this, how many times have you had to smooth over a referral source because they didn't get your IV ABX there in time for the infusion?

I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary with Coram. I was in hospital sales and pharma before. I have to say I really love this job! Its interesting , challenging, and great for professional development.YOU decide what you want to make of it. My branch is truly a hard working group of people who are highly professional. This is not koolaid. I love my job. And I make good money at it. My first year I made 120. That's pretty darn good in my book!

Tell me this, how do you like dealing with those miserable, man-hating, menopausal, case managers? The only thing those bitches care about is who bribes them the most for their business. Gotta love it when you bust your ass on medicaid cases to prove your worth, and they give all of the paying business to their buddies that take them on trips to casinos, spas, etc.

Can you give a small range window on what the base pay is for the territory mgr position? I've heard total comp around $115-125, but no mention of base. Thanks!!!

Coram is barely surviving....CVS took what they wanted and left the rest to shrivel up and die. The TMs really don't have a job description and have been living high on the hog for years, getting by doing nothing, working 10-2 and making commissions off the work of the nurses. Morale is horrible....Coram is bleeding money. Was good while it lasted for TMs but time to find a job...maybe CVS will hire you as a cashier.

Does anyone still work for Coram as Territory Manager? What does a typical day look like? What's the pay? I'm considering working for the company as a TM in the near future. Thanks!
