Common trend for anyone trying to get rid of the company and anyone who works here shouldve seen this coming.. The more we drive sales, the quicker he's gonna dump shares and closes shop!!!!! Coop is gettin all us reps to drive up stocks then drop this sinking ship like a hot potato!

Reps driving up the stock price is what every company is trying to do. Look profitable through sales.

All of you do a lot of complaining on here. Yet, which one of you is making less money than you did last year. You want to leave? Go. There are plenty of good companies out there that are hiring. I'm tired of hearing, the ship is sinking. Wah wah wah. We all know the company isn't doing well. At least you are getting paid better.
 






Except in this case the stock hasn't increased significantly in quite some time. Reps aren't driving anything and they will be on the chopping block when a sale is completed. Happy new year!

The ones who stay in this company are content and lazy with mediocre attitudes and just want to get by. Half the sales force are faking calls all day long. All the good reps are GONE and have gone to better companies who at least has a 2year plan! This company doesn't know where they are headed in 6 months. No pipeline.. nothing. There has been constant changes month after month. You defend this company, you're the biggest moron on the planet. LOL!!
 






I'm getting by for now but looking to get out quick! Higher ups can keep talkin the good ole 'company is growing' BS but anyone who knows a slight bit of any business sense or common sense knows this company is no way profitable!

I don't bitch and moan, so I generally share your outlook. Nobody is holding a gun to anyone's head - if people are unhappy, they should just move on. With that said, the new comp plan is not paying everyone well. In many cases, it inverted the pay and rankings for former Hawthorn reps. So, many of the reps who were previously at the top are now middle of the pack or lower, and those who were formerly ranked in the middle and lower tiers are now ranked highly under the Pernix model. There are good Hawthorn reps that absolutely know how to sell who aren't making jack under the new comp plan. The game has changed and we have to figure out how to play it, but it really isn't motivating to work way harder than last year, and have nothing to show for it come time for commissions. I hope things turn around and everyone makes a million, but I'm not real hopeful.
