Can someone let me know what percent they match your 401(k)? Also, what is your deductible for a medical appointment, if any? I realize that the medical only covers the employee and not necessarily any family members.

A schmuck for asking about the benefits of a company that I am interested in? Really? I am seriously trying to understand what a company offers its employees. Meanwhile, 'schmucks' like you ruin message boards like these by writing complete bs. I already have a position with a company, Lilly. I guess they are dopier than I am, huh? Human resources is the best place to ask this question, not CP. You will get a lot of the above replies when you ask these types of questions here. They match 4-6% and the copays differ based on the plan you choose. $10-$15 is probably a good estimate.
