Right on! I will LMAO when my worthless, burned out, 9 to 2 direct hire counterparts get laid off, and it will definitely happen at some point. In my district the VSRs are way harder working and way more positive than our direct hired counterparts. The BI folks try to pretent they're good, and they can sort of get away with it because of their culture and the fact that they're private, but they're not really fooling anyone, including their own senior management. You know there are certain stats that BI management can and does use to compare the VSRs to their elite, direct hire, borderline comatose reps right? Guess what those stats show? Yep, we kick their butts in almost every category. Same was true of the Endo contract. Pick your ERM's brain and you'll be surprised what you'll learn. You'll never hear any BI manager admit it, but why do you think they want to "convert" so many of the VSRs? A little hunger is a good thing for performance, and a total lack of it is obviously disastrous- just look at your worthless BI counterpart to see what I mean.
