Contract will be up in December for 6767. What's everyone going to do? 450 Reps going to Inventiv to fulfill our Invokana and Xarelto sales, because we proved our pilot. Chuck missed the boat. ANyone who thinks this contract is getting extended better have money stock piled in the bank. You will be unemployed in 5 months.
 












Agreed. They will use us to launch Invokamet this summer and fall since the Ventiv reps will not be out in the field yet and that will be it. I did notice they just added another 150 PCP reps to the original 300 so it's obvious where they are leaning. They keep telling us that Quintiles are in negotiations with Janssen to extend the contract so we will stay focused and think we will all have jobs come January 1st.

I just don't buy it.
 






Use your personal days up first. They don't need to pay them out. Don't know if they will pay earned vacation, but would think that Q would need to pay whatever is earned up until last day of work. Anything that would have been rolled over vacation, not sure.

2 Weeks notice is another issue. I was told that depending on if you are in "good standing" and "whatever your supervisor thinks" is the way the two week rule rolls. Q can choose to pay you two weeks, but does not need to.
