Contract salary varies

Since Syneos has multiple contracts with multiple pharma companies, is there a particular salary experienced reps (over 10 years) should expect?

Or is it basically whatever the large company offers? IE you’re employed by Syneos but GSK or Pfizer wants Syneos to offer you $X
I’d heard that contracts are as low as 65/70k and go up from there.

Syneos doesn't give a shit about experience... You'll get paid based on the contract. If you apply for an entry level pc role looking for a bachelor degree and 1 year experience, that's how you'll get paid. Pay isn't determined by your resume it's determined by what the parent company wants.
