How likely are rollovers with Publicis? The recruiter said that it was a good chance that I would be rolled over. Am I being sold a bill of goods?

They always tell us the the client wants to roll us over. I would say that it does not happen 99% of the time.

I will say that Astellas rolled over about 65% of last contract for Vesicare. They have a new Pain division with 2-3 new products coming out. That is why they are hiring PSS, and good ones will stay to launch new drugs. astellas is great company.

Just accepted offer from Astellas for roll in yesterday, it does happen!

They only rolled over 30 out of 100 reps. Half the reps have to reapply and interview. Nothing like being told "we'll keep you as long as we don't find someone better."
