definitely think we would all be better off with a contract company.
all of our jobs are in jeapordy. eisai is lying and discriminating against us. much less humiliating to accept less pay and be job secure for a year or two. pc is lucky if its safe for 6 months
so christmas 2011 if still around I will still be concerned of the next layoff. just not healthy to live like this. we all owe it to ourselves to move on and find better jobs --this company is on a downward spiral.
eisai has proven it does not care about its employees or its customers. communication is key and trust is essential. both lack with eisai.
