What has happened to NNI? How much are we spending on consultants to tell leadership what they already know? The money would be better spent negotiating managed care contracts! What a bunch of fools.

Maybe the AE’s need a closer look. What are they doing about CVS?????

They pay consultants to 1) have scapegoats and no accountability for bad outcomes and 2) because the leadership is in way way over their head and have no *uckin clue!
It’s a viscous circle that will eventually bring the house of cards down or until someone in Denmark wakes the hell up.
Denmark waking up? Oh, they’re woke. This is by design. Placing 2 Americans destined to fail in the highest positions is what they wanted. When they fail, and they will, they can then say “told you we need Danish leadership in the US” and we’ll get it. Have you ever noticed Doug’s title is not president like everyone else that has been in that role?
Doug is an EVP, just like all the other ones who had this position. He was promoted to that role quite a while ago. Do your homework. And, is your argument really that Denmark is willing to take a multi-billion dollar gamble simply to show that Danes are better than Americans? Add in, it’s their choice to put whomever they want in charge - who exactly do you think they are trying to prove right or wrong? Sorry, but I’m not buying it.
And, to the person complaining about consultants. First, every company uses them; that’s why consultant companies exist and make billions of dollars. Second, if our leadership is as inept as you think it is, why wouldn’t you be happy that we’re using consultants? And, when was the last time you praised our leadership? My guess is never. Crazy how smart you are toiling away in a DCS position and all these morons have managed to get their way into leadership roles of a multi-billion dollar company. Anyone lacking a bit of self-awareness here?
In short, you’re a moron. Move on.
Wow. Bruh, that was a long post.
Doug is a EVP, correct. Jesper, Jurek, Martin = President.
Maybe you should do a bit of research there Timmy.

Even if you were correct (and you're not), does this prove that they are hoping they will fail in order to prove something to some invisible force in the universe? If he fails, are they both right and wrong at the same time? Is that even possible?
Don't confuse title and level. You can be President of North American Operations and be an EVP at the same time.
Watching you try to convince yourself you’re right is hard. Feel sorry for you.
WHat is STEM ?What is this latest cluster with STEM? Does leadership not have the ability to ride in the field to do the same thing at a much lower cost?

The Regional AEs are the ones who need looking into. Simply put, they don’t work, they don’t have anything to do. Calling on employers who follow their PBM, really, an employer is going to go against their PBM recommendation and give up their bigger discount if they follow their PBM formulary to listen to a Regional AE. That’s funny if you believe that one. If the PBM has our products on formulary the employee will to. Rafiinal AE has nothing to do with that. What a waste of money funding so many regional AEs.Maybe the AE’s need a closer look. What are they doing about CVS?????
