If you are considering Regeneron Oncology then you may want to reconsider. We launched Libtayo in NSCLC and let's just say it's going exactly how we told them it would go. Leadership does not listen at all and they continue to make poor decisions. Instead of thinking of a different strategy they are "doubling down." They micromanage the hell out of us and give us ZERO resources and expect us to be competitive. Not sure what they are not understanding. It's embarrassing really. Not many people are happy and sadly they do not care at all. Leadership=clueless. By the way, they are a bunch of white males that think it's still 1998. We have goals that are unreal and unattainable, I guess as a way of not paying us and blaming our poor performance on the their lack of basic understanding of the oncology marketplace. Grabbing a little piece of share in the PD-1 space for NSCLC with a me too is just not a good business strategy and they should realize this.
