It all depends. If we don't go out of business or have a massive layoff the new hire training will be completed in about 3 weeks. If we go out of business it would last from your first day of training until the day we go out of business or 3 weeks. Which ever comes first.

Unfortunately, shortly after Jim R. took over as President most of us have been relegated to the Poop deck. We are still stuck here on one big poop deck even after Jim R. left after one short year at the helm. I'm afraid all his sales team expansions will keep us stranded here. The poop deck is no fun.
