Does Largo documentation need a mass lay off ?

I walk past so many people in documentation control dept all the time. It astounds me how and why management allows these people to do what they do. Ever wonder why your Labels are not being processed just stick around. You will see them watching Netflix on their phone or watching YouTube , playing games on their phone.


The two biggest slackers are in labeling ! Tiffani and Kevin. Those two are practically worthless. Every time I go over there they are not working but playing in their cubicle. Linda kisses Tiffani’s behind as if she is actually doing something .Kevin the only reason he is around is because he has been with the company for so freaking long.

This dept. really needs a lay-off starting with Linda and Jon. Because they enable these worthless people.

Am I the only one that has these issues ?

I’ve witnessed the same thing but I am not over there a lot. Just off and on. I get your ranting frustration. But as long as ConMed enables them then what you say is moo i. pointless.

Take for instances the comment above stated they investigate. But they really don’t and what moron will own up to slacking on the job?

Tiffani and Kevin are just your run of the mill champion bullcrappers. They had a guy in there who had brown hair who was worse.

Is this the thread where we talk smack about the labeling group bahahahahaha . You guys are killing me . This mess isn’t a joke. Everyone gets frustrated with these slackers. I miss working with the blonde guy who worked in there. He left or something. He was the only one who actually worked in there.

Kevin is okay but it’s Tiffani that makes labeling toxic. Both of them together just messes up the team. I overhear Tiffani throwing her workmates under the bus if you know what I mean. Doesn’t take responsibility for nothing even though she is working on my project. Wish they would just outsource labeling . At least then something will get done right. I worked with Andrew in there on few things and he was friendly. Then he up and disappeared. Can’t keep anyone good in there. Rant over !!!

Buuuuuuuuuut they are working less for the same pay. So technically....they win :eek:
 












If managers/team leaders were to walk around more often and catch people in the act of NOT WORKING, and then confront them enough times, maybe we can have efficient workers replace them???

I suggested that to a manager. It went in one ear and out the other. They can't pressure people. It's against policy to constantly keep their eye on someone. That's what the backstabbing area owners will do instead.
