Pang is a pain that has no clue what he's doing. He's picking out all the reps that he doesn't like, and forces their distributor to fire them (just one of the unethical things he's doing). The only thing any of the fired reps have in common is their not selling enough "KPI" (Josh's stupid acronym for sports med implants). It doesn't matter how good you are at selling power or video, if you can't sell KPI your gone. Our competitors love this, because it's caused so much rep turnover. Barely any tenured reps with relationships left.......
