Trying to figure this out, I am a Sr. I had to win COE to get promoted to sr from lll. So now we find or sr and III is the same and paid the same, so was the promotion to sr. Now not viewed as a promotion and those that are III are now SR will not get a promotion or pay raise..

CDEs did not - HS reps did when everyone was combined to DCS.

I thought it went I-II-III-Sr. No? So Sr. was the same as III all along? I remember people being promoted from III to Sr., or so I thought.
