Jim's Consensus management means you keep your job if you vote his way. If there is any clever aspect of Jim is his ability to put a very small management team around him that HAVE to agree with him or else!
 












Jim M super powers is being heartless....it is very unique to have zero emotions for others but can stand up and cry in front of people while he is telling accounting behind the scenes to pay all his bills and his salary and his trips.

Nobody prior to him or around him can come close to sleeping at night knowing what he is doing to people. He is very very special. Rare. Like an 8th wander of the world rare. The board loves a man that can be as heartless as he is .....he does all the dirty work all the axing and they pay him well to do this because the rest of humanity could not.

It's a rare and unique quality to have zero empathy for others, and to also exhibit the break from reality necessary to communicate false information to an oblivious group of employees. Actors and actresses get in character for the performing arts, but being able to do it with the motive and intent to defraud others is a sociopathic disorder. Never underestimate the power of denial, nor the ghastly power of greed. A clueless group of hard core believers deceived in the end by a master manipulator
