The FRMs have one franchise death in their resume. Will Leqselvi be next? Initial discussions with these complete fools has made it clear to everyone why biologics came to such an ugly and violent end and what we can expect for FRM support. Or lack of support I should write.
How in the world do these losers have jobs let alone salaries of $180-220!!! They don’t do anything!! I feel sorry for the Biologics franchise that complained but could not prevail against such a highly political foe. As a result I doubt many from that team will be retained while the FRMs will march onward. Stronger management and support for them I suppose? I would trade the FRMs in for any other option or this launch is doomed. Let’s learn from mistakes under previous management and not repeat thank you.

Here is a news flash for all you all that are hiding under rocks. The bio team is dead with flat sales and a future prognosis that is very ugly. Discussions are ongoing as how to reconfigure the sales forces. I’m told this looks like two sales forces and not three as you have presently. Everyone gets end of employment notice and can reapply for the openings. All positions will post with a pay range. So most bio reps are gone as they had higher base pay. This will happen by April 1, 2025. I guarantee you.
