Shoutout to all those that are moving on to brighter horizons and greener $ pastures. You guys rock! You believed in yourselves and refused to be complacent at a company that did not value you as a human being. Why shouldn’t each and everyone of us live the life that we deserve or want, don’t put up with mediocrity. It takes courage to take the next step! The jobs are out there! I was surprised of my new base salary and new bonus potential. It truly is a dream job!

The East is a hot mess.
RBDs in spots that they detest, and it’s glaring.

“X sayings” including an entire group of people who either sucked as DBMs, or were detested by customers coming up with nonsensical trackers, “Xcel” spreadsheets that are so detached from reality of actually meaning anything worthwhile.
Last Count is 14 trackers per Region.

An extra level of “Middle Middle Management” known as LOL.
Reps being told to serve on committees that appear to grow by the week. That do absolutely nothing for the bottom line.

Constant State of Self Promotion to gain some sort of title that is undeserved and best, and head scratching in the least.

DBMs starting to see that it’s becoming too much for their sanity to perpetuate the lie of this place, of actually knowing what to do.

Good News, we can do a survey on Friday that will never be followed up on with field questions.
Kinda like the Chat function being disabled so ACL couldn’t take questions in real time as promised, then claimed there were so many.
Funny thing, field employees were informed “Chat is disabled, and no questions can be submitted” by the 3rd party hosting during the call.

East Area is a joke. Let’s talk about everything but performance; let’s self promote and then tell everyone we have a highly engaged area. NOT. I guess as long as you look the part, act the part, speak the part, you can believe you are the part. But she can sing - just ask her.
 




Nigelle is the WORST “leader” I’ve ever worked for. All that she focuses on is shoving D&I down our throats. She is a total fake and surrounded herself with a group of worthless, puppet RBD’s. Bring back Basil!!
 
























Spell her name anyway you want but she’s a phony, shitty leader. Also don’t care what race she is. Let’s just put people in leadership positions that truly earn them. She’s got a great smile, is friendly and seems approachable. Hey wait, I guess she is the perfect puppet for Doug?
 




She’s awful. Not sure how she got this position. Don’t care what race she is. She’s a one trick pony that surrounded herself with mediocre directors to make herself look better. Moral is at an all time low here because of her and her worthless directors. Sad to see this company continue to erode.
 




Timely seeing this post. Just got off of an hour long big East call... woohoo!! So motivating. What a waste of time. If people (outside of big Pharma) sat in on one of these calls they would shit themselves. The definition of stealing money.

I actually like her, she is a really great person.However my problem-dont know if she is a leader. I say that based on her RBD team.
 








I’m not sure who’s worse. I do think she’s in way over her head. My guess is she moves on or is pushed out next year. The directors seem to be so self absorbed with their brands. We used to have genuine leaders that you wanted to work hard for. I don’t hear anyone saying positive things about any of them. Sad
 












Have to agree with you. I’m fed up with the rah rah calls. I’m not sure if it’s just the East that sucks or Novo that sucks. I think Doug truly hates the sales force and would love to cut the team in half. Not sure which half I would want to be in???

I’m not in the East anymore and I can’t be happier. I actually had a nightmare of a DBM and the RBD was awful. I’m not sure about Negelle but most the RBD’s in the East need to go. LAGW and MSQZ are the first two that I’d can.
