i just wanted to take a moment and congratulate all the territories around the country that continue to lose script volume year over year and continue to make well over 100% of their goal.

You are Shire’s finest. Way to be a true salespeople and grow. I’m sure Takeda will be proud of your lack of revenue generating efforts just like PS, MR and KC have been.

This. Is. Everything. Doesn’t matter though-they’ll still have higher rankings and look like heros. While some of us who actually do grow scripts year over year and generate new revenue fall short on attainment and will look bad come decision time and probably lose our jobs to cuts because of poor goal setting by Shire. It’s all about optics and the optic is they “appear” to be performers by hitting the non-sensical goals given to them, regardless that they are LOSING business. Sad truth but I accepted it a long time ago and have finally had enough so I’m getting out. Every company certainly has its issues but playing with peoples careers, income and now futures because of ineptitude is another thing that I only have so much patience for.
