Conference Calls and safety driving

Lilly continuously has us all doing safety driving courses. Yet, how many of you do conference calls while driving.

We are told to not stay home and do our conference calls while out on the field forcing us to drive while doing these calls. Otherwise we would sit in our cars for an hour to hear nonsense and then miss making our calls.

This increases risk for accidents as is very distracting.

When will Lilly get rid of this conference call madness?
