I don't see any positives out of this deal for us, can't trust the Japs

First of all I worked for a Diagnostics company purchased by the Terriaki types.
The issue we had was all the competitors showed the press release that looked similar to the one about us.
"The Japanese market is saturated and we can not make any money, so we will buy an American Company"

Most of our customers were not as most of Caris' Customers will not be, happy that American HealthCare Dollars were and are making there way to Japan!!

Be prepared for a big loss of clients. This is a bad bad desicion, just so we can sell our worthless Target Now and non-functiong Carisome testing in Tokyo!!
