What a total waste of time! Its funny how RP decides to have a update conference call out of nowhere or is it because people keep leaving and he's in panic mode. I don't believe any of the shit he said about a new product. You watch, that company he's talking about will be a purchase for the generic side and will have nothing new for us at Strativa. That's RP way of trying to keep people from leaving. News flash RP; people are leaving not because they don't believe in the future of the company. They're leaving because it is a nightmare to work here. The company's culture is awful! Your management team is awful and a bunch of assholes who are making everyone's life miserable. Trust me a new product will not keep people around, a new management team will. Lets face it, the direction this company has been on hasn't worked for over the last 5 years and it's only getting worse. People are quitting without having jobs because of not wanting to work with there managers.
 






















































Barely standing at best. How many layoffs will it take before you realize the inevitable is near? Stop drinking the Kool Aid. It all comes crashing down in August. That is a fact.

Seriously, this either RP or someone who's never worked for a real pharma company before. Sad thing is RP is the only SVP that actually reads CP. Lets say Strativa survives, who wants to work here its awful. DM's who have no idea what they're doing and treat their reps like shit. No trust, signatures on every call is unheard of. I can see that they want it with ES because we sell it off label. It protects their shady ethical practices. On the Nascobal side its 100% a trust thing. Lets not forget the layoffs over the last 2 years. Plus, we gave back 2 products we could launch a few years ago so not a lot of confidence we can real sell any new products...but I'm glad you like working here!

Are you delirious or just fucking retarded. Par subsidizes the failures of Strativa. End of story. Look at Pars balance sheet before it went private. Strativa was in the red year after year. Strativa could never survive as a stand alone company. If you believe that than perhaps you need your head examined.
