Conduct a 360 on all Senior Leadership

After reading numerous threads, a clear, concerning pattern emerges: there is a significant lack of faith and confidence in our Senior and Executive Leadership. The surveys we receive are inadequate, failing to address questions about our leaders' effectiveness. This is unacceptable. The real issues plaguing this organization stem from the VP level and above, not from the SC or AGM levels, 2.0 and below. It's time to confront the fear of receiving straightforward feedback regarding the failure to provide a clear Vision, Strategy, and most importantly, the ability to inspire. This ineffectiveness has led to the distressing culture we are currently experiencing. It’s imperative that we face these challenges head-on see the results and address them making the necessary leadership changes.

People in roles 3.0 and above are incompetent for most part. They only care to hold their roles than leading anything.
As some even got their 3.0 roles by simply just taking a long time assignment in a different country. Returned to US and were handed off promotions even though they did nothing to add value. Other 3.0 and above roles were hired by buddy system. Oh I know this VP who is incompetent and they brought their own people. Those joke VPs never looked for talent outside but only brought people they worked from their past companies. Hence 360 feedback is useless as their own people can wrongly influence the feedback.
Also 360 works only when leadership is broken in some areas, not at this scale across.

When so many 2.0 and below where eliminated with no reason to save cost, why we need to really have 360 for senior leaders? Look at the stock price, how the morale is and many other basic metrics. That is evidence already of things not working. no need to waste more time and $ on 360 to collect biased data. Fire most of 3.0 and above, hire from outside (if anyone smart wants to work for Bayer, will be tough) than allowing these useless people finding roles within Bayer even after their initial role is eliminated.

There are too many incompetent sVPs who brought their own people. Which one are you talking about? All pharma divisions are mess.
There are so many useless VPs bringing their buddies than hiring for roles. Same story in consumer health. Clear competent people to replace with their past company friends. Then talk about inclusion culture. Bayer is a terrible company these days and stop pretending to care for employees.
