my company requires all staff names to be entered into concur, the sign in sheet is attached along with the receipt.
My question is - what government agency requires pharma companies do this and what variance is allowed to pharma companies for minor mistakes?
The company I work for will reject an expense report if a person wrote their name as Ashlie Smith and you entered into Concur as Ashl Smith. They will of course reject an expense report where 35 people signed in and you entered 1 person twice and left off another. All of these are pretty minor mistakes and I find.it hard to understand why an expense report would be rejected over these things. Especially when reps use their own credit card and these rejections take reimbursement from 2 weeks to 3 or 4 weeks.
Can pharma companies really get in trouble for minor computer entry mistakes if the sign in sheet is attached? Or are the people at my company just assholes who look for a way to delay a reps reimbursement?
