YEP! They're Fucking Assholes. I'm right there with you. This is the last time I ever do my expense report on my own time. Hell, I might just avoid using the card at all costs.
 






This Concur system is not user friendly at all. It is 3 times the work of Gelco. Not to mention the obvious glitches (Vyvanse is mispelled, so good luck searching by name, and the Shire ID # is prompted even though the info is already there). That tutorial CD was a joke also. You would think things would be getting more efficient, not the opposite.

This is a pattern with Shire. We had Soris for everyting, then we went to Salespro because it was going to make things easier. That is a load of crap. We still have to do target sheets, still have to look at early view and exponent, and the address change features have failed miserably.

The boneheaded decisions that Shire has been making is really starting to scare me. Shire used to be a company that really had there stuff together. Now its a huge field of disarray.
 






we used to be a company that did not want anyone with pharma experience. It appears that they knew what they were doing. I agree totally these big pharma guys come in here and shit on everything. The culture around here really blows.
 






I second that. I've been here for about 4 years and things went to shit like a year ago...still a good company to work for but its sad to see something that was great get shitted up by r*****s from big pharma. Angus...help us! Fire some of these fucking losers!

My company forces us to use Concur/Cliqbook to make travel reservations.
The site feels like it was built by a 17 year old kid in 1984.
Aesthetics aside, the error messages and dead end routing is plentiful.
It usually takes me at 45 minutes to make a car rental reservation.
Someone should take this POS and throw it in the trash.
Start from scratch with a clean sheet of paper, and hire some real computer web designers.
This is unacceptable in 2011, especially when you force it on your employees.
But I guess this product would NEVER survive if the user had a choice.
 






There is no Expense system Globally better than Concur. This is a given and proven. Ours runs amazingly well, we configured it to our organisation and our specific requirements....If you have issues with the way Concur is run or running in your company then I am sure it will be your company who has not configured it correctly, or your own internal requirements or services bastardizing it. Its a SaaS. And has service updates every 2 months. Its the most modern Spend Platform in the World. Perhaps those rubbishing it need to get their facts straight first.
