homemade bread is an industry slang for making your own promotional pieces, in any part.

Nothing compared to Burglary and Theft which is high up there in offenses (a felony) and punishable by law by 10 years or more plus fines & imprisonment depending on the time of the day and other factors involved.
Please find the reasons for wanting to know about such things before joining an industry where you will need a lot more knowledge than homemade bread.Start small.... This is not some stupid industry...you might want to use your brain

Not too mention that you might also want to make sure that your reps "home cooked bread" is misrepresenting the product in some way to the customer before calling foul. Might be that your math, coding, and presentation skills are just inferior and you'd end up looking like a fool for not having recognized innovation when it was right in front of your face. Or worse, you might uncover that the company has been misrepresenting its product to its customer base all along.
