The question is not 'if,' but 'when' Prometheus will be fined heavily. Any company that recklessly defends unethical employees is asking for trouble.

Sadly, the results of this thing will affect many more than the party at fault. Those who performed a sham of an investigation, and who defended the reckless cancer (BC) instead of getting rid of him will face consequences as well (HR, VP of Sales, Corp. Attorney, etc.). Idiots, all ...

A stupid comment. I don't know about the situation with BC, but I don't see where the poster is blaming BC for EVERYTHING. Maybe there is a valid argument. Don't know BC well, but met him a few times at meetings and just was turned off by his cocky manner.
