Compliance turning up the heat

Be extra cautious about how long you are on your work phone each day. Too many calls can mean you aren't in the geography or possibly spending too much time talking on phone instead of talking to customers. Two reps already on plans for this

These types of efforts are not led by Compliance...usually there is a complaint to the DM that a rep isn't working, and the DM works with HR to get records pulled and examined. Alternatively, if the DM wants to get rid of a rep, they can work with HR to have expense reports, phone bills, etc. pulled and compared to Concur.

Stop blaming Compliance.

What do you mean when you say compare to Concur? The itemized?

Be careful. Deactivate the GPS transmitter in your car. Also look out for Amgen drones overhead, your DM could be tracking you. Finally, look over your shoulder every now and then to make sure you are not being followed. Be careful.

I think he meant Compass, not Concur. Comparing expenses, travel, etc. to ensure they line up with what you are entering for calls.

Yeah, my DM started asking for the itemized receipts for tolls. then he compared them to the calls. Everything lined up and I didn't get into any trouble but initially I was pissed that they would even stoop so low. I continue to be very careful . And yes, I do look over my shoulder now in every way. I don't trust my DM at all. He chooses one person at a time to beat on them.
