Compliance interview call this week

Whose got a compliance Interview call this week about a situation? I know so far 3 people with calls this week about it just trying to figure out what it could be about?

All about direction the salesforce has been given regarding spending, # of programs done, # of coffee drops (all in the name of education!) Specifics..... emails, texts, conversations w/managers.
Gonna guess the next wave of "right-sizing" aint too far off!

Whistle blowers whose sales were down and asked to up their Veeva event spend, then put on a plan or left. I mean, just spend the money and call it a day people. It ain’t rocket science. Ugh!!!

Wait, im confused. So people got fired for not doing enough events, but now compliance is calling people asking if theyve been told to do events? #MakeThisMakeSense

I think I know what you are talking about, There was a bunch of individuals who were going doing a sorta numbers scam in Veela. They go to a place like Starbucks order 10 coffees and get 10 different receipts and then put in 10 different Veeva events but they were going to one address for all ten events. It should have just been entered as just one event for that address with all 10 attendees and one receipt. SO on the surface they looked amazing with high event numbers to anyone at corporate who had not carried a bag in this century. They were praised for doing so many “events” when it was all just a scam. Facepalm That just have been a lot more admin work though.

I don’t know if they left or were fired etc or what the deal is. I just know about how they go their event numbers up.
