"FL" and "integrity" are rarely used in the same sentence. His paper is on the street and and he's likely to leave by the end of Q1 so don't believe anything you hear from him. It's only (and usually) covering his butt.
 






It’s a demoralizing mess. For example if you take 16 TMs of equal tenure why such blatant discrepancies?

It’s a cultural issue, embedded in every function here. There’s no such thing as ‘internal equity’, meaning they’ll scoop up one person as a bargain and overpay another. 30% discrepancy for same experience, same role ?
