Cmon give them a break...

Bystolic, carvedilol and branded antihypertensives like arbs and combo meds.
Namenda, no direct competitor, more convincing apathetic docs to use combo therapy
Viibryd, any other branded antidepressant or augmentation strategy instead of switch

Clearly a FOREST rep wrote this one! You can not promote Viibryd as augmentation therapy! That is a compliance violation! Forest fires the wrong people. They fire the smart ones that question their stupid tactics and keep the idiots that go out and focus on collecting signatures!
 






Clearly you are as stupid as the day is long. The question was what is the competition? Since generics aren't promoted by any competition the last real promotional challenge is the shameless promotion of antipsychotics as augmentation. It's perfectly appropriate to talk to a physician about titrating SSRIs appropriately or switching within class before risking tardive dyskinesia. Stop being a hater because you were laid off from big pharma and are now working at McDonalds.

Actually I was talking to poster 10 which is directly about my post. But I'll do it the "right way" for you since you are obviously as stupid as the week is long. No fries for you until you've mastered shape sorting and working with a scissor....
