I was hoping I could reach out to see if anyone knows were I could find a one stop shop or SAMPLE REPORT DATABASE and hopefully the ACCOMPANYING REQUISITION FORM too as I'm using them for research purposes.
Long story short, my company offers reflex options on Urology testing when the PSA Score is a 6/7 and I just learned yesterday from my Pathologist that PTEN and ERG (IHC) have a completely different report..... So I was hoping to see what others are doing out there??
Please help point me in the right direction as I'm am a very green Hematology Rep, who is now also learning Urology, so you'd be helping a poor kid from Kansas hoping to further his career & build my future.
