They hired too many reps for a very small market. Most don't have enough to do and they want to be busy and productive. Most of the leadership has no clue what they are doing, ie. marketing, training. Wasteful spending on CRM, managers that think they need to fly all over the US to work with reps that have twice as much experience as they do, too many people in the field just trying to justify their job, etc.

It is still a great place to work. And it will be until we have true competition - then things will get tough. Selling in a market with a limited patient population and new direct competition might be tough.
