Compensation

it is entry level. 90-100 base with no raises, 36K maybe bonus if you can hit it. No car, they give you allowance. Benefits are not so great. It is basically for people who are just starting out.

Yes. Even though you will call on all Specialist. Ironshore pays like you are a first time pharma rep calling on Family Practice.

And unless you are a FAVORITE of DV you will get far under the national average of 3% pay raise for just doing your job. Very CHEAP at Ironshore. DV is Canadian who believes in that Canadian way for equal pay for reps. But it doesn't pertain to him because he still makes a lot of money.

Not a great company for reps compensation is only around $200k OTE

What a joke. Yeah maybe if you are a past favorite of Paul C. (or an obsession of his) or a current favorite to Danny V. They will give ridiculous salaries to who they like and some haven't even accomplished anything. But. will give your territory a very under potential goal so you blow it out of the water and look like a fake superstar. Ironshore is a complete Joke. Unless you want to kiss Danny V. Canadian ass you will not go anywhere in this company. Stay far far away from Ironshore.

Is someone upset because they can’t sell? Go work for a company where you can drop off samples and check a box

we get LTI

If you’re in your 20’s or this is your first pharma job, you will rightfully feel like you hit a jackpot. You’ll make great money compared to your peers who are still establishing their careers. But if you’re experienced, they will probably offer a semi-decent package but the Motus bs vs company car is a real drag. They reimburse at a mid size sedan rate so if you have a bigger car, you’re net negative no matter what. It sucks. Despite the amount of Motus reimbursement sounding “huge”, it’s not what it’s cracked up to be. Sorry. Great starting pharma gig. I’m too old for this shit…
