Why do we have to have total comp cut? We are working harder than ever and yet Corporate wants to pay us less. Just not right. What happened to concept that if you work harder and sell more you get rewarded accordingly. I know we are in middle of IPO but really should we pay for that.

So we were more attractive to IPO as well as greedy board wanting more of our Hard Earned Money
 
What is comp structure and overall benefits. Car allowance. 401 match. Etc

Depends on when you got in... Not what it was .. company is gearing for sale.. the IPO was a joke.. the street is gun shy on what happend ... Not what is was.. new tech. coming out with low to no disposable.. this is turning into a pharma job
