Compensation plan

comp plan is unreal seems designed to not pay out any money. 8% of total invoiced sales AFTER beating your year quota who the hell does that until possibly the last month. 65k base is just not liveable to begin with and now this. this place seems to be titanic the examples in the plan are best case scenario and would only apply to a handful of people. dso pricing killing tsms and quota is raised every year. this year most have seen nearly ten% increase.

The same exact thing happened back in 2015-2016. Only, they raised the base to 80K, but dropped the commission payout to less than 1%. Don't believe me, ask around in LinkedIn by finding ex-biomet 3i and zimmer dental sales reps. It was their way of thinning the sales force as oppose to offer buyouts. Trust me, this was pre-meditated as ZimVie and Osstem were probably entering takeover discussion at the time the comp plan was coming together.
