You don't want to be near to nor ever want to come in contact with the Thomaso. Worst manager in virtually any industry. Unfortunately he happens to be at Phadia.

we have seen what he specifically has done to others through the years. no business rule requires it.
Avoid this place like the plague. Though the president is a good person, he allows himself to be surrounded by rude and incompetent managers who would throw their own grandmothers under the bus.
We have hoped that the president would be a role model others would emulates. Of all the battles a leader faces, it is always the politics...the way things have always been done...that poses the greatest challenge.
