i don't understand how u guys do it but every couple of months most are sitting around wondering if they will have a job next week.

It seems that all should be making a preimpetive strike and finding new employment than sit around and worry that you will be added to the 365,000/week new filers for unemployment benefits.

Since NVS doesn't give a rats ass about you and your family, you should first and foremost take care of yourself.

Don't be a puppet with then pulling the strings on your financial future. Get out and start looking NOW. Do you really want to be part of this BS waiting for the "phone call" that u got the axe, or do you want to be the one who MAKES the phone call that you found a better job and leave them in the lurch like they will do to you

WAKE UP AND TAKE YOUR FUTURE BACK INTO YOUR HANDS NOT IN THEIRS!!!!

And lose a Severance Package? I'm looking at over a year of pay- Lump Sum. Everybody is in a different situation so don't blanket this thing as a one size fits all. Come on snake-eyes!

THERE'S NO WAY YOUR LOOKING AT A YEAR ,MINIMUM 20 WEEKS THEN 2 WEEKS FOR EVERY WEEK YOU WORKED. UNLESS YOU'VE BEEN THERE 25 YEARS, AND IF YOUR THAT OLD YOUR NEVER GOING TO FIND ANOTHER JOB.
