Company Hopping? No Raise?

I heard leadership gave raises to certain people they thought were susceptible to being head hunted. I did not get one and have had recruiters reach out from other pharma companies with open positions. I’m more inclined to leave now that I didn’t get a raise. I want to hear experiences of those who bounced around companies. I started my career with GSK and I’m getting ready to jump ship soon.

Do it! You likely won’t regret it. Unless you are close to the medical retirement benefit and plan on actually retiring early and using it there is no reason to stick around

Rumor is some level 6 account managers got overdue pay adjustments.
Interview around and see what offers you get. if you don’t HAVE to leave GSK then keep shopping around until you get the money you want.

I’m a grade 7 and got an 11% adjustment. Came at a nice time with inflation
