Does anyone feel good about the company rolling employees in from contract or being renewed when contract is almost up? Wondering if this company is worth joining? Seems a lot of people are unhappy? What is avg. salary and bonus? thanks in advance

Do you like treading water? That would be considered successful here. Sadly, even after inVentiv arm twisted Iroko into increasing salaries, they are still woefully inadequate. There is no differentiation if the field from newbie to tenured professional. Decent bonuses are only really possible in affluent areas with solid commercial benefits. And Tivorbex is the bomb, because it is blowing up, and not in a good way.... Look elsewhere if you can....

Do you think the recruiter would tell you the products suck? They are trying to bag a commission like the rest of us. The smartest thing you did was come here and ask questions. You can do much better. If you're young and this is your first job, you'll get a feel for what the industry is becoming, but unless you get an affluent geography, it will be s struggle with mc and cannibalizing pharmacies. If you have other options, explore them

i knew 2 people who were at Iroko at start, both good reps...both are so glad they got the hell away from this mess

Other than low dose solumatrix meloxicam this company has no future and that's just going to be one more overly priced branded generic with no data to support the claims.

Tivorbex is crap that will be lucky to hit 1% of company goal.

All the stuff Lou talked about, becoming profitable, buying opioids that are sitting on the shelf, rolling the salesforce over smells like shit because it came out of his ass

Decent place to get to know the industry but if you have experience the industry seems to be growing again and you should be able to do better

We quite literally cannot do any worse! That's a fact. I have never gone this low in bonus for 1/2 a year........... Never!
