Company Culture Question

This company no longer has a culture other than primal survival and every desperate moment that comes with it . If you are still here, get out. If you are looking in, please look on.

Depends on location. Generally speaking Indivior is for those who are desperate for a job. The company is in survival mode and has gone from a 0 turnover, fantastic culture for many years to a 30% turnover rate over the last year.

Used to be a great company but has gone to shit. I'll be surprised if the doors stay open another year or so.

Best advice..... Stay away
This^^^^^

The company used to be a solid place to work. Culture was good, morale was pretty decent, but around 2013 when ML was hired, things went downhill. Not all of it was him, but the previous senior management was much more professional. Then the shift began. Infidelity, "quid-pro-quo" behavior between superiors and subordinates, just slimy. I worked there for over 10 years and saw the changes in the past few, now hardly anyone is left with any tenure. The place is run like a used car dealership now. With the coming government charges and fines, and there won't be an Indivior by the end of 2020

ST was banging DB way before RS arrived. How do you think she got promoted? We've had plenty of shady people screwing around. Managers and CL's, the list goes on. Then we have the mental people. Too many to get started.
